Louis Farrakhan, the leader of the Nation of Islam, one of America's largest cults, has announced to his followers that Islam's Mahdi-messiah is now present in the world.

This is a sign that The Great Mahdi that the Muslim world has been looking for is present in the world. … And all tyrants will be set down – God is stimulating the rise of the masses, and soon it will come to America's shores. Indeed it has already begun.

一方のキリスト教ではすでに背教の時代。アメリカでもリベラリズムやシンクレティズムが蔓延しつつある。人の罪の問題、十字架と血潮を回避して、すべての人の内にキリストがいるとか、すべての人が救われるとか、これらの偽りの教えが蔓延している。先にRob Bellを紹介したが（→「背教の時代-グノーシスの霊の浸透-」）、彼はEmergent Churchのシンボルであるばかりではなく、これらの欺瞞のリベラルの教会のアイコンともなっている。これらの流れはかつてのカルト研究の第一人者Walter Martinの定義する"Cult of Liberal Theology"（リベラル神学カルト）と言える。これでは霊的にとてもではないが、イスラムに対抗する力はない。ヒューマニズムや人間的正義ではイスラムに対抗することはできない。霊的に塩気を失った者は霊的世界でも神の目にも役に立たないのだ。「神はありのままのあなたを受け入れて下さる」などの砂糖まぶしの"福音"の蔓延るニッポンキリスト教を見ればそれは容易に証明されるだろう。
