30年前にすでにガンの治療法が開発されていたかも知れない・・・。ポーランド移民のBurzynski博士によるこの治療法、尿から精製したある種のペプチド(antineoplastonsと命名)が発ガン遺伝子の働きを抑えると言う。その効果は劇的であるために、かえって疑惑を受け続け、司法当局の介入なども受けたが、近年米国FDAの厳格な基準に基づいた効果判定試験にも適合し、その有効性が実証されている。
