緊迫していたイスラエルとイランの問題、アメリカが裏で様々な工作を行い、イスラエルに攻撃をしばし延期させたと、ここでも書いたが、裏事情をよくまとめた記事があるので参照されたい。
この記事ではオバマの再選によりイスラエルの攻撃は凍結されるとしているが、ここでも指摘したとおり、ネタニヤフは選挙結果を測っている可能性は大だ。同時にアジェルバイジャンの基地確保など、イスラエル側は十分なる準備を怠っていない。米側もパネッタはイスラエルが攻撃をするならば、アメリカも参戦すると表明している。

要するに現状ではアメリカにとってイラン攻撃のメリットはないということ。一応イスラエルを支持するとしながらも、実質はイスラエルを押さえ込んでいるわけだ。多分に大統領選を睨んでの策だろう。オバマには神を恐れるスタンスがないのだ。
で、アメリカの恐るべきレーザー兵器が4年以内に艦船に搭載される。
とりあえず、今しばらくはこれまでどおりの日常を過ごすことができそうだが、問題はイラン側だ。彼らの終末思想に基づいて、彼らは行動する可能性が大。いつものJoel Rosenbergが次のような記事で懸念を表明している。要するに彼らの精神はまともではないのだ。
かくして世界情勢は間一髪のところできわどい均衡を保っているわけだ。今のニッポンの福島原発と同じ。震度4程度の揺れで4号機は倒壊する。倒壊すればニッポンは終わる。同じように何かの予期せぬ外乱要因によって世界の均衡は容易に崩れる。なぜならその均衡点は安定的均衡点ではなく、不安定均衡点だからだ。

ペンタゴンのシミュレーション結果を受けて、イスラエルは早くて来年までイラン攻撃を延期とする模様。加えてアメリカがミサイル防衛システムIron Domeの整備のために資金援助することをイスラエルに提案。これを受けてイスラエルは延期を決定した。

そのような中でトルコの外相がイランを訪問。イランの核開発に対して理解を示し、援助することを約束。世界はイランの平和的核開発を阻止することはできないと主張。

アメリカにおけるイスラム教徒のリーダーFarrakhanの発言。これでイスラムの価値観がよくわかる。現在ニッポンにもイスラムは着実に入り込んでいる。一説によるとひとつのモスクにあって1日に一人のイスラム改宗者が出ているとのことだ。確かに電車の中でもあの格好をした日本人女性を良く見かけるようになった。
追記：イスラエルはアゼルバイジャンと16億ドルの武器取引契約を締結し、同国も飛行基地の使用を許可した模様だ。イランのすぐ脇にイスラエルの基地が置かれる形となったわけで、まだ予断を許さないかもだ。
米大統領選は民主党候補がRomnyになりそうな勢いだが、彼はロシアを第一の敵とし、ネタニヤフは彼を支持。イスラエルとしてはアメリカのバックアップを得るために、大統領選の結果待ちのスタンスなのかもしれない。

Q: Is it the view of the -- of the United States that Jerusalem is the capital of Israel, notwithstanding the question about the embassy -- the location of the U.S. embassy?
MS. NULAND: We are not going to prejudge the outcome of those negotiations, including the final status of Jerusalem.
Q: Does that -- does that mean that you do not regard Jerusalem as the capital of Israel?
MS. NULAND: Jerusalem is a permanent-status issue. It's got to be resolved through negotiations.
Q: That seems to suggest that you do not regard Jerusalem as the capital of Israel. Is that correct or not?
MS. NULAND: I have just spoken to this issue --

Q: So does that mean you regard Tel Aviv as the capital of Israel?
MS. NULAND: The issue on Jerusalem has to be settled through negotiations.

先にオバマとメドベージェフの会話がマイクに拾われた件、アメリカではオバマに対する大きな不安と不信を呼んでいるようだ。選挙が終われば自分は比較的フレキシブルになれるとして、アメリカの安全保障をロシアに渡すことを示唆した。これについてDarrell Issaが深刻に捉えている。
At the U.S. Capitol on Tuesday, CNSNews.com asked Issa about the president’s remarks to Medvedev, which were inadvertantly picked up by a microphone and recorded. “Can I ask you about the President’s remarks to the Russian president yesterday?" asked CNSNews.com. "Does he mean he’s going to be making concessions to the Russians after the election?”
Issa responded: “Well clearly, the president has a plan to do after the election what he can’t or won’t do before the election. And he’s going to do it without ever being honest with the American people.”
“I think that’s clear,” said Issa. “Now, how much of a sell out of America’s security -- [Incoming Russian President Vladimir] Putin certainly is not on our side, doesn’t want what we want, has certainly proven to be a new generation dictator of Russia.”
“So, when he sends to the president [Medvedev] who’s about to leave office in favor of Putin coming back in and taking over officially, that we can work together to get what Putin wants, quite candidly the American people should be very afraid that any President who’s going to be flexible with Putin is going to be flexible with an enemy of America, an enemy of the West, an enemy of even delivery of oil and natural gas to people in need in the winter,” Issa said.
“Understand, it has been the Putin administration that has cut off the flow of natural gas in the winter to Eastern Europeans if they didn’t play ball with them," said Issa. "So, that’s the person that he’s quote, going to be ‘flexible’ with after the election.”

Jake Tapper of ABC News reports that an open microphone caught President Barack Obama telling outgoing Russian President Dmitri Medvedev that he would be prepared to yield to Russian demands on missile defense after his re-election, but needed more "space" until then.
The two leaders were meeting in Seoul, South Korea, and Medvedev immediately promised to relay Obama's message to incoming Russian President Vladimir Putin:
President Obama: This is my last election. After my election I have more flexibility.
President Medvedev: I understand. I will transmit this information to Vladimir.
President Obama has repeatedly backed down on missile defense in the face of Russian demands, most famously abandoning American promises of cooperation with Poland and the Czech Republic in 2009.
Republican opponents warn that Obama will follow an even more radical course in his second term than his first, because he will no longer face the same electoral pressures that saw his party lose control of the House of Representatives in 2010.

オバマが16日、NATIONAL DEFENSE RESOURCES PREPAREDNESS(＠White House Web)にサインした。これは通常時において交通機関などの国家の諸資源やエネルギー、食料、水などの分配や配置を国防と国家安全のためにExective Branchが自由に配剤し得る権力を与えるもの。要するに戒厳令と同じ。その権限を軍ではなく、Exective Branchに付与した点が相違するが、問題はExective Branchとして軍が置かれることもあるわけだ。このようなEOが施行されたのはかつての内戦時とWW1時など。いずれも大統領が死亡した後、その権限を保留するための措置だった。オバマは中東における長期の戦争の準備にはいっている公算が高いとみられる。具体的には次の5点：
・"identify" requirements for emergencies;
・"assess" the capability of the country’s industrial and technological base;
・"be prepared" to ensure the availability of critical resources in time of national threat;
・"improve the efficiency" of the industrial base to support national defense;
・"foster cooperation" between commercial and defense sectors.
そのオバマは2004年の選挙戦の際、イランの核開発を阻止するためには経済制裁と共に武力攻撃も辞さずとインタビューに答えている。
その中で3.30"Land Day"の"GLOBAL MARCH TO JERUSALEM"の準備が着々となされている。イランの霊的最高指導者ハメネイ師も完全にバックアップすると宣言。まさに世界の民がイスラエルによって"不法占拠"されたエルサレムを解放するために、PAに自由をもたらすために、この聖都に集められるのだ。
