ユダヤ人の家系図。彼らがいかに種々の民族の中に混じっているかが理解できる。

終末の時代を迎えて、イスラエルに対する姿勢によって、それぞれの内なる霊が明白に証明される。ずっと以前から主張しているとおり、私は「イスラエル、神聖にして犯すべからず」のイスラエル・フリークではないが（つまりイスラエルが常に何事においても正義とは考えていない）、イスラエルが神の瞳であることは間違いない。御言葉に「イスラエルの平和のために祈れ」とあり、またアブラハムに対して「あなたを祝福する者をわたしも祝福し、あなたを呪う者をわたしも呪う」と約束された神を畏れる者である。

今後、イスラエルは世界の重石として、世界からますます敵意と憎悪を向けられる。しかしカトリックが言うように、彼らの選びが終わったわけではない。その契約は永遠である。ただ彼らは経綸的選びにおかれている。よってイエスを必要とする（→教会とイスラエルの関係について）。それゆえにイザヤ17,19章、ゼカリヤ12章、さらにはエゼキエル38,39章の成就が間近であることを覚え、主の主権によりイスラエルが守られることを、ますます祈る必要があることを覚えている。

先にエジプトではイスラムとコプト教徒がひとつとなって共に新しいエジプトを建設すると言う、イスラム教神学者Yusuf al-Qaradawiの説教を紹介したが、一見もっともらしいこの発言、実に狡猾な偽善だ。ついに彼はクリスチャンにアッラーを礼拝することを強要するに至った。これはいずれ世界のあちこちで起きてくる終末の様相の前兆だ。

BRUSSELS - The European Union is telling Israel that growing instability in the Middle East makes it imperative to immediately resume the stalled peace process with the Palestinians.
